Peter J. Morizio is an alumnus of Boston College where he studied Finance and Political Science. Upon graduation, Pete helped launch the Massachusetts office of Mercury Solar Systems where he worked on a multitude of residential and commercial solar projects. As a licensed real estate agent for over ten years, Pete also assists clients in the purchase of their own homes and investment properties. Outside of work he's coached the Westfield High School boys' tennis team and is involved with several nonprofits including the Carson Center for Human Services and Forum House Advisory Board.
John J. Morizio, like his father, studied at Westfield State University. Over the past several years John has built a strong skill-set in construction, carpentry, and apartment repairs. As a registered Home Improvement Contractor he handles the maintenance side of the business. Alongside the Westfield Gas & Electric Department, he has administered a number of energy conservation measures around the properties. He is an avid fisherman, hunter, and boater as well as an active member of the Westfield Sportsmen's Club and New England Fly Tyers Association.
