PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Property management is the cornerstone of our company. It is the customer service, collections, accounting, and marketing departments -- all in one.  We understand that our reputation in the community is directly related to the daily effort we put into managing our properties. So much of this comes down to attention to details, both with respect to the turnover process but also routine maintenance requests. To stay on top of things, we keep a detailed Service Call Log which is truly a "living document". 

Through active, face-to-face management we build strong, long-term relationships with our residents and contractors. We know each and every one of our tenants by name, and many of our former tenants come back to us for their future housing needs. Sometimes this even means help with buying or selling a home. We also pride ourselves in the services we provide to agencies such as Way Finders,  Behavioral Health Network, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and several housing authorities in the area.
